COURSE MBO SPRINT EVENT – expected winning time 30-40 minutes

Competitors must enter the course appropriate to their age class to score points in the National MBO League
A Course – M21(Open Men) M40 M20.
B Course – W21(Open Women) M/W18 W40 M/W50 M60 W20
C Course –W60 Youth
D Course - Score (Non-competitive – 60 min. maximum)
